This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between YPL (“YPL,” “We” “Our” or “Us”), and you. Your use of this web site, including without limitation, all of the pages, page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, software, content and text (hereinafter, “Web Site”), is governed by these terms and conditions. By using the Web Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, do not use this Web Site. If you are dissatisfied with the Web Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Web Site.

These Terms and Conditions May Change. YPL reserves the right to update, modify or cancel these terms and conditions and the content of the Web Site at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Web Site following posting of any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this Web Site. You can easily confirm whether any revisions have been posted since your last visit by checking the date on which the Terms of Use was last revised, which is set forth at the top of this Agreement. If you object to such changes, please discontinue using the Web Site.

Eligibility. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. YPL’s products may only be purchased and shipped within the United States. If you choose to access this Web Site from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if, and to the extent that, such local laws are applicable. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit the availability of the Web Site to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction at any time.

Return of Product. An YPL-Crusader who wishes to cancel his position may return all products that are free of legal encumbrances and in a re-salable condition to the company, or to their designated representative. If applicable, the particular products must be in good condition, in original packaging, and unopened. The repurchase of the product will be at a price not less than 70% of the net cost to the distributor, less commissions or bonuses paid by the company. This return policy is good for 15 days from the date of purchase, (or longer, where required by state law). No repayment will be made on original handling and shipping charges. The return shipping costs of any material will be borne by the distributor or crusader. All exceptions will be handled in writing, by the Corporate Office. No products will be returned to the Company until a product return number or ticket number is obtained. A Montana Crusader who cancels within 15 days is entitled to a 100% refund of any consideration given to participate.

Your Information & Privacy Policy. If you provide information to this Web Site, please ensure that it is accurate, current and complete. You agree to maintain and update such information as appropriate. We may disclose information about you that we collect through the Web Site or otherwise to third parties, subject to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy. Please review the terms of our Privacy Policy, which are fully incorporated herein by reference.

Linking Policy. You may not link to this Web Site, or “frame,” or “mirror” this Web Site without obtaining written permission from YPL. You may not link to YPL’s Web Site from any other web site, web page, content or advertisement that makes any claims as to the curative or health enhancing qualities of any substance.

Third-Party Links. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, YPL may choose various third party web sites to link to from YPL’s Web Site. However, even if the third party is affiliated with YPL, YPL has no control over these linked sites, each of which may (or may not) have their own policies and practices in place. YPL has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the content, actions or policies of third-party web sites. The inclusion of third-party web sites on our Web Site in no way constitutes an endorsement of such web site’s content, actions or policies. These linked sites are for your convenience and you access them at your own risk.

Advertising, Internet Promotions and Sale of Materials. YPL Distributors may not create, publish, sell, use, distribute any literature, audio, video tape, Internet web site, SPAM E-mail, infomercial or other print, audio, visual or electronic media which directly or indirectly represents YPL, its products, services, Business opportunity or Compensation Plan than that which is produced and provided by YPL.

YPL Distributors may not copy or reproduce any materials produced by YPL, they may not use the YPL name or logo of any of YPL products or services in any notice, display, advertisement or promotion, including, but not limited to, newspaper, magazine, radio, television or Internet advertisements, telephone or other directories or Internet web sites. YPL Distributors may not display, advertise or promote YPL’s products, services, or business opportunity at county fairs, craft fairs, business fairs, trade shows, flea markets or any similar event, including the use of booths, without the express of prior written approval of YPL Corporate Office.

Submissions. We welcome your comments. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, "Comments") submitted to YPL through trivita.com or otherwise, shall be and remain the exclusive property of YPL. Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to YPL of all worldwide rights, title and interest in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. YPL will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask that you not send us any Comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.

You agree that you will not violate or infringe the rights of any parties, including privacy, publicity and intellectual property and proprietary rights, such as copyright and trademark. Before submitting any materials to YPL, please ensure that you have obtained copyright and other permission to post such materials and to permit YPL to use such material without restriction.
